We can work virtually with any athlete or team and happily provide group talks and presentations in the Upper Valley (Vermont/New Hampshire) area. Regardless of location, our goal remains the same – we provide easy, effective nutrition strategies to youth or teen athletes to help elevate their game.

One-on-one Performance
Nutrition Coaching

One-on-one nutrition coaching is for the youth and high school athlete that wants additional accountability and personalized support. Each athletes nutrition needs are different from their teammates. 1:1 nutrition coaching teaches athletes how to fuel their body for sport by keeping individual performance goals in mind.

3 month commitment includes:

  • 10 virtual sessions 
  • Weekly check-ins
  • Food journal review 
  • Sport-specific fueling strategies
  • Meal Planning Resources

Performance Nutrition Team Talks

Interested in a team nutrition talk? Presentations are for club or high school teams, sports facilities, coaches, and sport clinics. Walk away with sports nutrition fundamentals, practical tips, and effective fueling strategies to improve performance.

A one-hour presentation includes:

  • A digital or printed handout
  • 45 minute education session
  • 15 minute Q&A

Fuel Your Performance Bootcamp ACADEMY

Offered twice per year, the Academy is a 4 week virtual group program. The group combines in-person sessions as well as access to the Fuel Your Performance Bootcamp online course.

Team Nutrition Consulting

Provide your athletes with access to a variety of sports nutrition resources. Consulting offers high school athletic departments or club teams continued sports nutrition education and support. Reach out for a full list of services.
