As a youth athlete or parent of a youth athlete, learning how to optimize food as fuel so that the athlete has adequate energy to support growth and enhance performance is crucial. The Well Fueled Athlete Program is whole-family approach to create a flexible meal plan that the entire family will enjoy and will benefit the youth athlete by increasing energy and improving performance. Working as a team, we will discuss specific performance goals and create attainable habits to help reach those goals.
The Well Fueled Athlete Nutrition Program is a one-on-one, 3 month program that addresses the nutrition needs of youth athletes while taking into account the needs of the entire family. This program is personalized TO YOU and your athletic performance goals. We will discuss sport-specific, individualized nutrition strategies and create a path that will provide you with the knowledge and confidence to fuel your family.
