Sports Nutrition Testimonials
“Kaitlyn was great with my 16 year old student athlete. She helped her increase her protein and caloric intake with simple quick recipe suggestions. My daughter is a vegetarian so it was hard to find high protein and calorie foods that she would eat. Kaitlyn followed up with us weekly via email and text as well as monthly in person. She is very personable and easy to work with.”
“The presentation was well done. The hands on approach, for example drawing the food that one should eat, was a great technique. After we left your training we went directly to the grocery store to pick up some better food choices for snack and lunch the next day.” [referring to a presentation at Softball Central]
